They were so quick and the arrangement was so beautiful! Definitely way above expectations. We were ordering from across the country and they had our flowers delivered promptly, they looked better in person than online which is so impressive. I even made a mistake when placing the order online, and my email was replied to within minutes. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

I went into the store around lunch on Friday to order flowers to be delivered to my wife’s office. The staff was so sweet and helpful, and squeezed my delivery in at the last minute, just to help make my bride’s day. Thank you for being awesome!!! Now my go to florist for Little Rock.

I ordered my wife flowers for our Anniversary and Mother's Day to be delivered on May 8, 2026. They were most beautiful flowers I've bought in all my years. My wife was very happy and was very impressed with the arrangements. Great job and thank you for making her day!

I googled a florist near my sister’s office building, this morning in Little Rock, and chose Frances Florist. I talked to a very nice lady, who helped me decide on a nice arrangement for my sister’s retirement news! She assured me they would deliver the flowers today. Well, about three hours later, I received a call from my sis, who happily received the beautiful surprise arrangement!!💐 She sent me pictures, and I agree, the flowers are gorgeous!! Thanks to Frances Florist for your promptness and professionalism!! I will definitely use your business if I ever need flowers delivered in the Little Rock area again! This was So much better than ordering online! Nice to have that human aspect! 😊
